Michael Flood is a Managing Director and the Head of Private Equity at Northleaf Capital Partners, an independent global private markets fund manager with more than $13 billion in private equity, private credit and infrastructure commitments under management. Michael oversees the origination, evaluation and monitoring of Northleaf’s private equity secondaries, primaries and direct co-investments globally and is a member of the Investment Committee. He is also involved in Northleaf’s investor relations and business development activities. In addition, Michael serves on the advisory boards of several partnerships within Northleaf’s private equity portfolio.
