SRUTI PRAKASH is Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Jackson Square Aviation (“JSA”), an aircraft leasing company based in San Francisco, California whose portfolio consists of over 170 aircraft leased to 48 airlines in 26 countries. Sruti is responsible for a variety of transactions, including leasing, trading, financing, PDPs, and agreements with manufacturers. Prior to joining JSA, Sruti worked at the law firms of Hughes Hubbard & Reed and Clapp Kelner in their New York offices, Udwadia & Udeshi in its Mumbai and Bangalore offices, and was a contract attorney for GE Capital Aviation Services in Connecticut. Sruti received her JD from University of Chicago and her BA from University of California, Berkeley.
