GABRIEL OKOLSKI is Vice President, Credit and Financial Analyst for Marsh, working exclusively on the Aircraft Finance Insurance Consortium (AFIC) program. Gabe is responsible for advising the AFIC insurers on credit analysis and transaction structuring, and is also involved in various initiatives to expand the AFIC product offering. He joined the AFIC team in May 2017, shortly after the time of its launch, and has directly contributed to the growth of AFIC, which has supported the financing of more than 50 aircraft in its first two years of operation. Prior to working at AFIC, Gabe worked at the Export Import Bank of the United States’ Transportation Division for six years, first as a Transportation Loan Officer and later as a Senior Transportation Loan Officer. Gabe began his career in commercial aviation at the US Department of Transportation as a Transportation Industry Analyst. He holds a BA in political science from The George Washington University and an MA in economics from George Mason University. Gabe has a life-long love of aircraft and aviation, and is an instrument-rated private pilot.
