JASMINE JIN is an associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and works principally on secured lending and structured finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on aviation finance. Jasmine also advises on aviation commercial and regulatory matters for financiers, lessors, investment funds, manufacturers and other participants in the aviation industry. She has experience representing lenders, lessors and airlines in sale-purchase, leasing, secured finance and capital markets transactions. While at Blakes, Jasmine is working on an external secondment for the Aviation Working Group on an international project to track Contracting States’ compliance with the Cape Town Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and its associated Aircraft Protocol. Before joining Blakes, Jasmine practised in the global transportation and space group at Milbank LLP in New York.
