Rachel serves as the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the financial direction and reporting of the organization. She works with the Executive team to drive and implement overall strategy and organizational mandate. She oversees the Finance team who is charged with completing member reviews and loan requests, internal financial operations, investments, internal and external reporting, and financial analytics. She strives for continuous improvement with industry changes, technological improvements and streamlining of processes to better serve our growing member base.

Prior to being with FNFA, Rachel was an Assurance Manager with KPMG, fostering her skills in management, process and policy analysis, critical thinking, and accounting, all of which contribute to her effective leadership and analytical mindset. She served a variety of clients in her previous role including not-for-profits and First Nations.
