Elke M. Rubach, LLB, LLM, CLU, FEA, MFA-P, is the Principal and Founder of Rubach Wealth Holistic Family Advisors™ in Toronto, ON, where she has been building the business since November 2012. A boutique Family Office with a multi-disciplinary approach to financial planning, collaborating with lawyers, tax experts, and other professionals.

Her expertise extends to intergenerational wealth transfer and estate planning for families and businesses.

Elke is an active Public Speaker. She's also a member of CALU and Advocis. Before founding her firm, she worked at The Bank of Nova Scotia, in international wealth management, private banking, and risk management.

Elke began her career in Canada as an Associate at McCarthy Tétrault LLP, working in the Corporate Finance, Mergers, and Acquisitions Group in both Toronto and London, UK. She also practiced at Ritch, Heather y Mueller, SC in Mexico City, where she handled a range of corporate and commercial law matters.

Elke holds an LL.M. in Banking and Finance from the London School of Economics and an LL.B. from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. She is also continuously enhancing her expertise through various certifications.

Fluent in Spanish, English, French, and German, Elke is also a dedicated board member and philanthropist, contributing to organizations such as Ronald McDonald House Charities (Board Member), SickKids Foundation (Professional Advisors Council), and the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee. She is the founder of Fashion Heals in support of SickKids and has been actively involved with the Canadian Breast Cancer Society and other charitable initiatives. She also sits on the Advisory Board of Transpod Inc.

Elke has three children and is very active in sports. Pilates, cycling, swimming and golf being the top ones.
