Lois Tullo, CA/CPA, MBA, ICD.D, is Chief Financial, Compliance & Risk Officer at Kuber Mortgage Investment Corporation, where she draws on more than three decades of senior‐executive leadership in finance, risk and compliance. A former CFO who managed a C$6 billion loan portfolio at CIBC Finance Inc., Lois has been repeatedly recognized for her strategic acumen—earning a place among Canada’s “Top 10 Women CFOs.” In parallel with her corporate roles, she has spent 20 years teaching risk management and financial services at York University’s Schulich School of Business, shaping the next generation of leaders through MBA, executive-education and professional-certificate programs.

A United Nations expert and Global Blockchain Business Council Ambassador, Lois is also pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration in Artificial Intelligence, focusing on the collaboration of Human and Artificial Intelligence for the quantification of non-financial risk. Her thought leadership spans conference keynotes, white papers and board advisory work on emerging technologies, cybersecurity and alternative assets. At CAiP’s Alternative Investments Forum on September 18, 2025, she will distill global macro-risk trends, the integration of emerging tech, and share pragmatic frameworks for navigating uncertainty—drawing on her experience as CFO/CRO/CCO, academic, and international speaker to equip allocators with actionable insights for resilient portfolio construction.
