Andrew Finneran is Vice President, Responsible Investment Solutions. He is a member of
the Fixed Income Solutions and Responsible Investment Research team.
Andrew’s responsibilities include integrating Amundi US’s responsible investment process with
the global investment platform, with a focus on fixed income asset classes and strategies, and
specifically the implementation of processes involving data, infrastructure and systems. He is
an internal responsible investment advocate and subject matter expert, and communicates with
existing and prospective investors to promote and advocate responsible investment.
Andrew was previously Assistant Vice President, Fixed Income Investment Analyst, with GIC
Private Limited, New York, a Sovereign Wealth Fund of the Government of Singapore and one of
the world’s largest institutional investors. He led credit research of Americas Energy, Utilities and
Power, Automotive OEMS, Suppliers, Captive Finance, and Private Credit, deploying detailed
financial, fundamental, and ESG analysis across the credit spectrum.
Prior to GIC, Andrew was Associate Director, Financial Institutions Ratings Analyst, at Fitch
Ratings in New York. At Fitch he conducted fundamental credit analysis on Alternative Asset
Managers, Business Development Companies (BDCs), Hedge Funds, Aircraft Leasing and
Consumer Finance companies, and Community Banks. He authored credit committee reports,
press releases, and company and industry publications, and presented and participated in credit
rating committees and issuer management meetings. Prior to Fitch, he held internship at the
Securities and Exchange Commission and the Office of Inspector General.
Andrew has an M.S. in Finance from the University of Rochester and a B.S. in Accounting from
Suffolk University. He is a CFA charterholder.
