Ms. Maguire is Senior Consultant, Climate Analytics for Ortec Finance – Climate and ESG Solutions Group. She is responsible for managing bespoke climate scenario development and helping clients understand how climate risk fits into overall risk management frameworks. Prior to this role, Ms. Maguire worked at The Climate Service as Director, Business Development and at IHS Markit where she helped to develop the ESG practice and built and led the global regulatory stress testing practice for 10 years.

Prior to this, Ms. Maguire founded ThinkResearch, a New York-based strategy and economics consulting firm. She previously held roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers as the
Global Director of Research for the Financial Advisory Services group, Vice President and Principal Economist with Montgomery Securities in San Francisco and Senior Economist at Bank of America specializing in long-term U.S. macro forecasting.

While working in San Francisco, Ms. Maguire lectured in financial analysis and micro- and macroeconomics at the University of California at Berkeley.

She holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where she focused her work on mathematical modeling.
