Johanna Raso specializes in asset optimization in global commercial real estate portfolios. For over 30 years she has provided counsel to major institutions, such as pension funds, private and public real estate investors in the acquisition, asset management, financing, development, and divestment of portfolios. She has been invited by the media to provide expert commentary on radio and television and has also lectured at McGill University.

As a philanthropist she supports causes of great meaning to her, focusing on social equity, entrepreneurship, and education. She was awarded a medal by Queen Elizabeth II for exceptional philanthropic contributions to Canada. She has also been honoured with a Damehood by the Vatican.

Ms Raso also mentors young professionals as a leadership development facilitator which has been a constant source of joy for her.
