Rail remains critical in today’s supply chain. CPKC is the only railroad that connects Canada, US, and Mexico, in addition to connecting those countries to global markets through several port facilities. Joining the company in 2017, Jeff manages CPKC’s unique land portfolio, consisting of over 275,000 acres in 33 states/provinces across 3 countries, and an annual budget exceeding $100M of combined real estate revenue and capital projects.

Generating predictable outcomes amid fluctuating market and multiple regulatory environments requires delivery methods that are both principled and adaptable. Through 20+ years’ experience in project development and construction, Jeff has developed guiding principles to successfully manage these developments and deliver on an ever-increasing need for more connectivity to more markets more cost-effectively.

Jeff is a graduate of University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
