Former CEO of Canada’s heat pump association, Ted Kantrowitz has helped or led the design, structuring and execution of projects and programmes for the private and para-public sectors, as well as for local and national governments, financial and insurance institutions, in the fields of renewable energy, cleantech, transport, water, and infrastructure. Ted has over twenty years of experience in product development and deployment, strategy, and industry and government relations at the intersection of the renewable energy, construction, and sustainability sectors.

Prior to his career in sustainability, Ted worked in humanitarian and community development projects in Argentina, Poland, Kosovo, India, and Kyrgyzstan. He holds an MBA from McGill University, a BA from Rutgers University, and certifications in areas such as project finance and green construction
