Erika is an Investment Director - Private Markets in the Product Strategy & Solutions team of Aberdeen Standard Investments and represents the private market capabilities of the firm, developing new and customized investment solutions for clients globally. Erika joined Aberdeen in 2015 following the acquisition of FLAG Capital Management, where she held a similar position. Prior to joining FLAG in 2012, Erika spent 6 years at Forum Capital Partners, a placement agent and fundraising advisor to private investment managers, where she was involved in fund placement as well as secondary and fundless sponsor transactions for Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Credit and other Private Capital transactions globally. Erika also previously held positions at Cushman & Wakefield in the commercial leasing division and The Franklin Companies in property redevelopment, with the responsibility for originating, structuring and project management. Erika received a BA in Political Science from Syracuse University.
