Alfred is a portfolio manager at BMO Asset Management Inc. where he manages primarily fixed income and preferred share related mandates for both institutional and retail clients. In addition to portfolio management he is also involved with new product design and engineering. Alfred also works with end clients to provide education in terms of how they can implement ETFs into their strategies. Previously, he worked for a large Canadian based brokerage developing ETF related strategies, provided macro-economic insight and sat on the firm's investment committee. Alfred is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, majoring in economics and holds the CFA, Chartered Market Technician and Derivatives Market Specialist designations.
