Stéphane Legrand is a Partner and a member of the Investment Committee at LGT European Capital. Prior to joining LGT European Capital at inception in 2005, he spent over six years at DC Advisory (Daiwa – SMBC's affiliate in Europe), a mid-market M&A advisory firm. In the Paris office, Stéphane was responsible for origination, execution and realisation of mid-cap transactions for corporates and private equity firms.

Stéphane received a Master’s Degree in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po Paris. He also holds a Master’s Degree from the Paris-Dauphine University.
