Ms. Li manages Sagard China’s overall portfolio as the Chief Investment Officer. She is responsible for developing investment strategies, leading investment research and managing the Shanghai-based investment and research team. Before joining Sagard China in 2011, Ms. Li was Vice President at Bain Capital, where she focused on leveraged buyouts and direct investments in leading Chinese companies. Prior to that, Ms. Li worked at CITIC Capital, responsible for formulating China investment strategies and executing transactions with founding team members. Ms. Li also worked at McKinsey & Co as an analyst. Throughout 15+ years of experience, Ms. Li has built deep investment insights and expertise. Ms. Li received a BS degree from Fudan University and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.
