Alison Schneider is Director for Responsible Investing at Alberta Investment Management Corporation where she established the RI function in 2011 and now leads the responsible investing team.AIMCo is recognized as a sustainability leader by UNPRI, New Americas and ICGN. Alison received the Clean50 award for pioneering the world’s first sustainability benchmarking tool for infrastructure assets and funds. She chairs the Advisory board of GRESB Infrastructure, Shareholder Responsibility Committee of ICGN and sits on committees (PRI, CCGG, PIAC, RealPAC and SASB). Alison is a published author (The New Frontiers of Sovereign Investment -2017) and co-author (ICGN Guidance on Fiduciary Duty (2018)/Diversity (2016)) and teaches for ICD.
