Benjie Thomas is the Canadian Managing Partner for KPMG’s Advisory practice and is located in Toronto. In his role, Benjie is responsible for the operational and growth strategies of the firm’s Advisory business which includes our Management Consulting, Risk Consulting and Deal Advisory practices – comprised of over 2000 professionals. As an adviser, Benjie has more than fifteen years experience assisting private equity funds and strategic buyers plan and execute on acquisitions, reorganizations and divestitures. Working closely with his clients, he helps to tackle issues and opportunities affecting their growth, governance, performance, and risk management, wherever they may be in the business lifecycle.

 

His sector expertise includes private equity, telecommunications, manufacturing, distribution, retail, information and entertainment. His focus is to co-ordinate and provide advisory services in many aspects around mergers and acquisitions including financial due diligence, transaction management, dispositions and financings.
