Mary Chang joined IMCO in 2017 with a focus on infrastructure assets. In 2020, she transferred to the Private Equity team to focus on growing the private equity program in funds, directs and co-investments.
Previously, she was responsible for Infrastructure and Real Estate investing activities at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). Prior to joining WSIB, she was a Vice President with DRI Capital, a Toronto-based private equity fund, and Principal at a leading consulting firm in its alternative investment practice.
She also held progressive roles within OMERS Private Equity group, leading the due diligence and underwriting of fund commitments and co-investments.
Mary has an MBA from University of British Columbia and a BA in Economics and Politics from Western University. She is a CFA charterholder.
