Bram Walters co-founded Euclid Capital in 2018 to invest in rapidly growing businesses across an expanded definition of the infrastructure category. Euclid’s partnership approach to private equity investing is centered on supporting management teams and focused on operations, capital optimization, and value growth for all of our stakeholders. Euclid has made investments across a variety of sectors and businesses including solar energy in the United States, applications management and logistics. Prior to forming Euclid Capital, Bram was Managing Partner, Energy & Renewables, at Forum Equity Partners, a leading infrastructure and real estate focused private equity investor. While at Forum, Bram was a member of the firm’s investment committee and played a central role in all of Forum’s renewable energy investments.
Before joining Forum, Bram focused on cross-border M&A and project finance advisory, initially as a Partner at Gryphon Partners, an independent advisory firm focused on the resource sector, which was acquired by Standard Chartered Bank in 2011. After the acquisition, Bram joined Standard Chartered as a Director and then Head of Canadian Mining & Metals M&A. Before joining Gryphon, Bram worked in the Mergers & Acquisition group at National Bank Financial, and held positions in corporate finance at CIBC World Markets and IBM. Bram has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a BA in Economics from McGill University.
