Ali is an Executive Director in Deloitte’s Capital Advisory practice focused on helping companies raise financing across the capital structure. He has over 10 years of investment banking experience where he has advised clients on M&A, Debt Capital Markets, Syndications, Project Finance and Specialty / Mezzanine financing transactions in the Financial Institutions, Industrials, Healthcare and Real Estate sectors across US, Europe and the Middle East. Ali also has in-depth expertise in the asset management sector where he was part of a multi-asset fund of funds platform which had c. USD 1bn under management.
