The real estate market has struggled and was questioned during the Covid crisis. Currently, however, people are slowly moving back to the office, traveling is picking up again and residential prices are increasing. Office take up is increasing again and the future looks positive as well. In this presentation BNP Paribas REIM will show the current state of the real estate market in Europe and Paris in particular and will explain that (re)developments are required to meet future supply.
