Catherine Isabelle is Senior Director, Responsible Investment at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments). In this role, Catherine leads a team of professionals responsible for the integration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors in the investment activities and monitoring of PSP Investments’ Private Equity, Credit Investments and Fund investments and advises senior management on ESG matters. She also participates in corporate engagement activities both directly and through collaborative initiatives with other investors. The Responsible Investment group plays an advisory role to the organization and senior management, ensuring that ESG matters are incorporated in the investment strategy and across all asset classes.
Prior to joining PSP Investments in 2015, Catherine practiced law at a top-tier law firm based in Montreal with a specialty in M&A, corporate governance and securities law matters.
Catherine holds a Law Degree (LL.B.) from Laval University and is a member of the Quebec Bar.
