David Andrews is the HOOPP legal team’s lead lawyer on ESG matters. He supports all aspects of HOOPP’s sustainable investing activities, including advising on investments, policies, and regulatory consultations. David was a key contributor to the comprehensive climate strategy HOOPP released in March 2023. David also specializes in investment funds, public markets, and private equity and actively participates in HOOPP’s EDI initiatives. He has previously worked in private practice at McMillan LLP and in-house for two major financial institutions.
