Dominic is currently the Senior Risk Manager for The Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA). In this role, he leads the performance measurement and risk management functions, oversight of the internal trading activities as well as the internal systems development and support efforts. Dominic has been with the Association since 2004 and, over the years, has been involved in most aspects of the portfolio including internal management, research, modelling and recommendations to the Investment Committee. Prior to becoming Senior Risk Manager, he held the position of Senior Portfolio Manager, Public Assets where he led external manager selection and oversight activities. Dominic holds a bachelor of business administration from Bishop’s University. He is a CFA and CAIA charter holder and obtained the CPA/CMA designation.
